Response Time: Within 24 hours

Our first feedback will be sent to the client’s email address within 24 hours of their first contact with us.

Regular Updates: Every Day or Every Two Days on Working Days

We aim to provide regular updates every day or every two days until the case is finished and completed.

Prompt Updates

We assure prompt responses. Our commitment is to provide timely feedback to our clients.

Service Fee

1. We aim to quote our services at affordable rates, considering the required time, costs, and complexity of the work.

2. We will communicate our quotes to clients primarily via email, and the quote will include our bank account number and other relevant details.

3. For each quote, prices and subsequent payments are agreed upon with clients in advance.

4. Additionally, for some specific cases where applicable, we adopt a value-based pricing approach.

5. Express Service Fee: In certain special cases, particularly for urgent, expedite processing requests, we may apply an express service fee in our quotes additionally.

6. Full advance payment is required before commencing the quoted work. This is necessary because we may sometimes collaborate with our partnership companies and agents, requiring us to pay service fees in advance.

Payment

Our prices and subsequent payments are agreed upon with clients in advance.

Payment currency acceptable with KRW, USD, Euro, and other currencies as communicated and agreed upon with clients in advance.

We support multiple payment options below:

  • Local bank transfers
  • International transfers via Wire Transfer using the SWIFT network
  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discovery credit card payments

  • PayPal (www.paypal.com or PayPal app): Dashboard or Activity ->  ELECTRIC BILL -> Send Payment -> Send
  • PayPal (www.paypal.com or PayPal app): Dashboard or Activity -> ONLINE PURCHASE -> Select payment method  -> Complete Purchase

  • Without a PayPal account, you will receive a PayPal email invoice to pay through PayPal.

After receiving the quoted price, we confirm the payment receipt to our client upon verification in our bank account and subsequently provide the corresponding invoice.
